DB Capital Advisor, S.C. domiciled in Mexico City (“The Responsible Party”), hereby informs you of this privacy notice in order to comply with the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Individuals (the “Law”) and its respective regulations, committing that the processing of the personal data you have provided will be handled in such a way that your privacy is protected.
We appreciate your trust for the information provided through our various forms of contact, as well as for your express authorization for the processing and, where appropriate, transfer of the same. The treatment given to the personal information will be that for which you provided it to us, as well as that which is necessary, appropriate and relevant in relation to the purposes provided for in the contractual relationship that has been entered into with you. The Responsible undertakes that your personal data will be safeguarded under strict administrative, technical and physical security measures which have been implemented in order to protect your personal data against damage, loss, alteration, destruction or unauthorized use, access or treatment. Any update or modification of such information must be communicated in a timely manner and in writing to the person responsible for the custody of the same. In case you need to access, revoke or limit the use or disclosure of the information provided, as well as to exercise your right of access, rectification, cancellation or opposition to the express authorization on your information, we kindly request you to contact the Responsible Person and use any of the contact methods mentioned above to give notice and proceed by means of a signed written request containing at least: Name of the holder, address and/or other means to communicate response by The Responsible Person, documents proving your identity and a description of the data to which you seek to access, rectify, cancel or oppose.
We reserve the right to make changes or updates to this privacy notice at any time, either in response to changes in applicable law or in our internal policies regarding the provision or offering of our services, as well as market practices. The information provided may be shared with the administration, subsidiary companies and/or parties related to the Responsible, circumstance and treatment to which you give your consent and express authorization.
